Morgan Stanley’s Philanthropic Contributions

In 2018, Morgan Stanley and its foundation delivered nearly $450,000 in grants to Alabama nonprofits. The top five recipients were Community Food Bank of Central Alabama, United Way of West Alabama, Auxiliary Big Oak Ranch, and KaBOOM! Employees also donated nearly $52,000, supporting 131 local charities as well as volunteering 4,300 hours at 110 nonprofits.

Morgan Stanley Provides Funding for Hunger-Relief Programs

In 2019, Morgan Stanley’s partnership with Feeding America provided $1 million to local food banks in 21 cities, including the Montgomery Area Food Bank. Over the past decade, Morgan Stanley and Feeding America have partnered to help food banks develop, launch, and sustain critical child nutrition programs and increase access to fresh produce.

Wells Fargo Supports Sustainable Housing for Veterans

In 2019, Wells Fargo Foundation made a $25,000 grant to Alabama’s Prodigal Son’s House to support sustainable housing for military veterans. These funds will be used to rehabilitate a property to house three homeless veterans with supportive services.
