Wells Fargo invests in Affordable Housing for Bismarck Seniors in Need
In 2018, Wells Fargo and other North Dakota lenders financed the construction of 100 West Main, a 30-unit complex in Bismarck reserved for income-qualified people age 55 and older. In addition to being affordable, the complex offers unique amenities that allow its residents to contribute to the vitality of downtown Bismarck.
Wells Fargo Partners with Nonprofits, Public Sector to Promote Home Affordability
In 2019 Wells Fargo partnered with nonprofit group Rebuilding Together, the city of Fargo and the FM Area Foundation on a project aimed at ensuring home affordability in north Fargo’s Roosevelt School neighborhood. Dubbed "Rebuilding Fargo," the Roosevelt School neighborhood received a $150,000 contribution from Wells Fargo toward the project. The public-private partnership will fund rehabilitation projects for 15-20 homes and create four affordable single -family homes.
