Members of the Financial Services Forum focus on diversity at all levels and actively promote an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive, benefiting our employees and customers across the country.  We appreciate the committee’s acknowledgement of the progress that we have made and look forward to continued collaboration to meet shared goals.”

Background:

The House Financial Services Committee today issued a press release on diversity and inclusion based on data received from the Forum’s eight members.

Forum members have made significant progress on the promotion of diversity and inclusion.  For example, Forum member institutions are industry leaders on board diversity – the share of women and minorities on the eight boards exceeds the average of all Fortune 500 firms.  Forum member banks are committed to continued progress.
