The Forum and our member institutions universally share the conviction that injustices against Black Americans must end and that all forms of racism and discrimination are unacceptable in our society. Equality is essential and particularly vital in the financial services industry, where Americans rely on us to keep their money safe, help them prepare for retirement, and extend them credit to fulfill their dreams. While our members have made meaningful strides to building diverse and inclusive workforces that are more reflective of our society and to serving people in all communities, we recognize that much more work needs to be done. We are united in being a part of the solution to achieve a fair and just America.
The Financial Services Forum is an economic policy and advocacy organization whose members are the chief executive officers of the eight largest and most diversified financial institutions headquartered in the United States. Forum member institutions are a leading source of lending and investment in the United States and serve millions of consumers, businesses, investors, and communities throughout the country. The Forum promotes policies that support savings and investment, deep and liquid capital markets, a competitive global marketplace, and a sound financial system.
